My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with our family at this restaurant on a quiet Tuesday evening. While the view was breathtaking and the food was enjoyable, the service left much to be desired. The staff was slow to prepare our drinks and seldom checked on us. Even after we mentioned our 7th wedding anniversary upon arrival, they made no effort to acknowledge it in any special way. To make matters worse, we were overcharged for a drink, and they automatically included a 20% gratuity on our bill, which only added to our disappointment regarding the service. It felt like we were more of an inconvenience to the staff than valued guests, especially when we tried to order a final round of shots at the bar. We were very let down by the service after spending over $600, but the view of Charlotte was truly spectacular. I would recommend this place for a quick drink to enjoy the incredible scenery, but don't expect much from the staff. Overall, we had a wonderful time thanks to the company we were with and the stunning view.

It seemed like they didn’t realize how much we were willing to spend at what appeared to be a great establishment, but they judged us based on our appearance and their attitude got in the way. My group and I decided to leave after experiencing the unfriendly greeting and the seating process—it just wasn't the vibe for us. Feel free to see if this place suits you, but it definitely wasn’t for us. I’m giving it an extra star because the location and view were nice, but we didn’t get to enjoy much of that.

Wow! What an incredible experience! My wife and I took a quick weekend trip to Charlotte and wanted to check out a rooftop bar after dinner. We happened to find this bar, and it truly exceeded our expectations. If you’re ever in Charlotte, make sure to treat yourself to this place! Just a note: it's an upscale venue, so you might not find standard bar drinks like "Walk Me Down" or "Liquid Marijuana" on the menu. However, the staff is dedicated to pleasing their guests, and they whipped up a sweet drink for us that was absolutely delicious!

For dessert, I had the Wagyu Beef Sliders. Unfortunately, these were a letdown—the bun was quite ordinary, and the beef was over-salted, masking its natural flavor. It was disappointing to see such potential lost in a sea of salt. My server was new—this was only her third day—but she did a commendable job overall. With some training on the finer points of service, I'm sure she will excel. She was friendly, attentive, and handled her duties well. Just a heads-up: if you're not a hotel guest, you'll need to stop by the lobby on the fifth floor to access the rooftop restaurant. I would definitely recommend this place for the breathtaking view and a light evening bite.
