Arby's - Chatham

So i went to this establishment on a sunday, I wait to get through the drive through behind 20 cars, like who goes to arby’s am i right? so i wait and place my order, just for them to get it wrong, i go back and wait another 15 mins to tell them they did it wrong, and they refused to fix it, like WHAT, so i sit there in protest and they force me off, no customer service, and they pronounced my name wrong when i filmed them on face book live, never coming again??Parking: absolute trash

Can't beat it here, fast up to date and quick with delicious service and a smile.

Friendly drive thru staff, didn't screw up order like other fast food chains

I ordered the two roast beef sandwiches for $6 and decided to add two sides of fries. However, the clerk seemed confused because fries aren't included with the 2 for $6 sandwiches. I asked if I could still order fries separately, but the clerk didn't know how to do that. When I finally received my order, I was disappointed to find that each large fries container only had about six fries. And just to clarify, these weren't even curly fries!

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was clean, and the food was fresh and delicious. This was one of my best experiences at Arby's!
