I have ordered food and drink and they have never after 30 minutes. they see another table coming later when we were served by water, and we have nothing yet, so check them with the same waiter about our eating and drinks, and he asked us what we ordered! Obviously he is busy with only one handful customer and missed our order. eating is in order, but if I have to buy it with a soft drink for $19, I must be crazy. I have learned this time, when buying a 'discount' coupon, not by the original value it claims. check the original value of the voucher first claimed before the purchase to not be disappointed.
I was not looking forward to going out for dinner on a very hot Summer evening, however, we chose to sit outside at Kenzi Saki Bar and I was very glad we did. The restaurant is situated just off Victoria Avenue beside a busy cosmopolitan...courtyard . The food was great, service good and there was a very welcome breeze.
Went there for dinner with 4 other members. Had to flag them twice to take our order 6 dishes, 2 soft drinks 1 Sake). Had to ask twice for our drinks after waiting 3mins for it. Took 45mins for our first dish to...arrive. One particular dish 2 pork belly skewers) took 2hrs to arrive). The flavour of the food is great but the service is extremely slow neglectful. The price could have been justified if the service was better. I won't be going back....
1. multiple customers complained for cold inside 2. overpriced menu 3. careless staffs 4. fresh ingredient
We came here on the spur of the moment and I can't overly praise it or criticise it as there were poor and good things about the meal. The restaurant is situated in the middle of the Concorde in Chatswood. As such, with the number...of people in the area and many children playing in the courtyard means you should not expect a quiet meal. However, the restaurant is centralised and is quite new. The waiters seemed semi-clueless. They spent more time socialising than serving. As such, the food was slow and it was good that two out of three dishes ordered were meant to be cold. The beef tataki was OK. The dressing was nice, but the beef seemed poor quality and was a little chewy. The sushi was delicious with the fish and rice nicely portioned and the rice wonderfully flavoured. Finally we had the fushiyaki which are little skewers of meat and seafood. The seasoning for this was average, with nothing to rave about. I would go back for the sushi but I don't think I'd go out of my way to go back.
