McDonald's - Chatswood

Ordered here at 3am in the morning after a horrible bus ride from Town Hall, trying desperately to get home with limited public transport. To my great surprise (and relief) it was actually still open with a full team of staff working hard to make orders. I didn't want to touch the electronic menu board but was able to order directly at the register, which I appreciated. Food was quick and tasted good, just the way I remember it from my childhood.

Thanks to the staff who ‘gave’ me my order today (18), around 4.30 PM I was in the train when I ordered it through the app (for the first time), and because I was moving I accidentally chose the wrong location to pick it up. I was running to work and it was the only Macca’s I could have gone without being late. I tried to confirm the place and she said it was not there, she asked for the receipt, and then asked the team to make it! I was starving! Thanks so much I really appreciate it

It’s located inside the food hall next to St Leonards train station entry so there is no drive thru nor anywhere to park but the location is still pretty good for those on foot. It’s one of the very few options one has in the area for a late night meal as all other shops at the food hall are closed before or by 9pm (mostly close by 6pm though). Generally the staff are pretty quick at taking orders and serving but sometimes I do feel their main focus and priorities are towards the Uber-eats orders more than the customers at the counter.

Order chocolate shake, hmmmm . Best shake every had. My order came fast and was fresh too. Definitely can say I AM LOVIN' IT.

Best McDonald’s, Staff are amazing, I will come again. I recommend the Milkshakes.
