There was a long line out the door, yet she handled it without a single complaint—quick, friendly, and incredibly efficient. The teas we tried were delicious, and she was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. I really wish I’d caught her name! Don’t miss out on this place; it’s definitely worth a visit!
This restaurant offers delicious, refreshing drinks perfect for hot days, along with a trendy decor that enhances the atmosphere. Its proximity to the park ensures a steady stream of customers. However, be ready for some attitude if you visit during peak times and aren't quite sure what you want; the staff can appear a bit overwhelmed by questions about the menu or prolonged ordering times. It's best not to attempt any combinations or alterations to the menu items, as there are already plenty of options to choose from. Stick to the drinks as they are listed and described, and avoid complicating things.
Out of all the Kung Fu Teas I've visited, this one has been the most disappointing by far. The Jasmine green milk tea I ordered lacked any flavor—it was mostly just sweetened milk. Additionally, the employee was exceptionally rude. When I asked if I could enter my phone number for rewards, she couldn't hear me (which I understand, given the mask), but instead of responding politely, she shouted at me and claimed, "they don’t do that here." On top of that, it took an unusually long time for her to prepare our three drinks, and we were the only customers in the store at the time.
It's what you expect. Though it's a little worrisome that there was only 1 person behind the counter while they were so busy.
Just moved back to Chatt from Taiwan; was excited to see one of my favorite bubble tea shops in USA. I got my usual, but it wasn't nearly up to par. The tea was weak, overly sweet, but overall, just ok. Mon, 12:30pm, the person running the store had 0 friendliness, no smile, sounded annoyed (maybe bc she was working alone on Labor Day? . She had a similar condescending attitude when an ubereats deliveryman showed a bit early to collect an order. It just a weird visit overall. I kinda want my tip back. 5x more expensive here, but because I loved KFT in TW, I'd be willing to give it a try again on a different day/time/worker! Perhaps even my drink would be made better.
