Dunkin' - Cheektowaga

You know I’m a big fan of Dunkin! The coffee was excellent, and I really enjoyed the sandwich—a bagel with sausage, egg, and cheese. The service was also very polite and friendly!

I always try to be understanding, but today was the last straw for me. Why was my sandwich burnt? And why was my donut tossed in the bag without any paper, just stuck to the bag? I'm really frustrated with this Dunkin' Donuts. I want to make sure they don’t treat any hardworking person like this when they're just trying to get breakfast.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I'm not sure if it was due to our appearance or our religion, but the staff did not treat us kindly. We ordered two Beyond sausages on English muffins, but instead received them on croissants. I also inquired about the number of hash browns included in an order, and was told there would be six, but we only got four. Additionally, it took an excessive amount of time for our food to arrive. I will be taking action regarding this matter.

The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. I stopped at this Dunkin' Donuts for a coffee and a donut. The coffee was hot and flavorful, and the donut was delicious and fresh.
