Applebee's Grill - Chelsea

Nice and friendly waiting staff. Too much bread on fried shrimps. Most foods are very good.

Everything about this place was awesome. Food was perfect and the service is top notch. The people griping in their reviews need to just stay home and cook for themselves. A+ for Chelsea Applebee's.

It was pretty good. The dining area and restroom were clean. Our server was nice and took good care of us. The food was not great but was ok. I really, really wish the garlic mashed potatoes did NOT have the peeling left in !!! I totally HATE the peelings but otherwise the potatoes are delicious.

Wow what a difference two years makes. Thats how long its been since we were here last. Everything has improved! The big thing for me is they got rid of those devices that were supposed to be used to place your order. Food is good, service is good, place is clean.

Literally the only reason we ate here tonight is because there was a power outage and Habeneros wasn't able to take customers. Honestly, if you're thinking about coming here, don't. Go literally anywhere else. The service tonight was horrible. My wife got unsweetened tea instead of the sweet she asked for then asked 2 different people 10 minutes apart to bring sweet instead and still waited another 10 to 15 minutes. I just have her my drink instead so she could eat. I watched a family sit and wait 15 minutes just to have someone ask them for their drink order. Don't come here. If there is a 2 hour wait at the nearest restaurant to this one then go wait and socialize with whoever. Avoid this place. Customer service does not exist here unless Flash the sloth is the one providing it. And they didn't bring the ranch for 20 minutes.
