Contribuer aux commentairesThis store is a franchise, so the food is always at a reasonable standard, also the coffee. But what i cannot tolerate is staff being belittled in front of the paying customer.If you have issues with your staff, keep it behind closed doors. No one wants their precious down time being interfered with, by listening to a bully putting others down. If you treat your staff with respect, they will give it back to 10 fold.
My wife and I are regular customers at the Coffee Club. We never have a problem. All of the staff are friendly and make the customers very welcome and the standard of service is high. The staff work together very well. We have never had a complaint about the food or the beverages. The place is always busy but not overcrowded. We don't feel as if we are being "hurried-up". We will continue to head to the Coffee Club" on a regular basis
The staff are very friendly with excellent service. The Coffee is superb as is the food. Good choice of delicious cakes for desert or with just your coffee. Coffee and Cake Nice!
The staff here are lovely and they know Everyone by first name who come regularly. I highly recommend getting a coffee club card as it's only $25 and you get one free drink Every time you buy a drink . Amazing offer
My visit to this Coffee Club I was quite happy with the staff friendly and polite The food was served quite hot the coffee was great but just could have been a little hotter for me but the taste was there This is one of the better Coffee Clubs that I have tried
