Perfect location in this small but beautiful village, plenty of garden tables overlooking a beautifully maintained English garden of flowers and surrounding fields, Lovely selection of beers and check out the Beer Fest end of July!. Quality wine etc and a perfect Sunday roast!, the beef was amazing, compliments to the chefs!!. The service staff were friendly and very efficient from the moment we entered the bar and the food orders taken and delivered perfectly. I even made an effort and wore my Chinos and proper shoes on a very hot Sunday afternoon because this place looks amazing but to be honest although I was happy to make the effort the place is super relaxed, wish it was my local!!. Actually the beer and wine prices were brilliant compared to many ordinary pubs!. The stylish interior decor and furnishings compliment this wonderful old building so well. There are many tables to cater for couples and larger groups but if the weather is not great and you are looking to eat then book a table in advance, it was very busy and many eating outside. Anyway, spoil yourself and try the Dysart, well done to the owners as well!!. As Arnie says, I'll be back!
A typical Cheshire pub, cosy, warm and friendly. Delightful beer garden, good beers on tap and good pub food with typical fare.
We've just had a gorgeous Sunday roast here! Beautiful village setting opposite the church, the restaurant area overlooking the lovely gardens. Warm meet and greet and attentive, friendly service. The roast pork was lovely, complete with all the trimmings, nice, ambient atmosphere. It's been a long time since I've enjoyed a Sunday lunch experience like this one. Recommended!
Family meal for 11 (6 adults, 5 children). Good service and nice facilities with play area outside enjoyed by the kids (aged 7-12). Food was good , will probably go back there
We arrive from pretty much all over the uk, once a year, to remember our friend who passed away suddenly a few years ago. He is buried in the church round the corner from the Dysart Arms, so we always book the pub for a meal and a few drinks. The staff at the pub are great. They can’t do enough for us and our kids. Great setting. Great menu, cooked superbly by the kitchen staff. Great choice of ales.
