Pizza Express

The food at this restaurant was delicious and the service was excellent. However, there was a mistake with our order where only one of the main courses was entered. After a short delay, this was resolved to our satisfaction. We also enjoyed a glass of wine with our meal, although the second glass was warm. This was promptly replaced by the duty manager. Overall, it was a pleasant lunch experience and we would definitely visit again during our next shopping trip.

We have tried several restaurants at Cheshire Oaks before, but we had not tried this one until today. We learned that they tend to get busy just after 12, so we arrived at 11:50 and found it to be practically empty. The menu offered the typical selection, with two different types of pizza bases - a more traditional one and a thinner version. We opted for the latter. Like many similar establishments, the prices for drinks were quite high, with a 330ml coke costing £3.85. Our pizzas arrived in about 10 minutes, which we found to be a quick service. The toppings were generous and flavorful. The thin crust allowed us to enjoy the toppings without feeling too full from the base. We ordered the spicy giuseppe and burnt ends BBQ pizzas, both of which were excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. While not the most budget-friendly option for lunch, we thoroughly enjoyed the food.

I came here with my partner last week to celebrate ending my covid isolation (one of our first outings in the new year) and it was absolutely perfect!! the servers were so accommodating and friendly, the food was absolutely incredible. the pizza i had was...gorgeous and the pasta my partner had was the best he’d ever had. i can’t wait to come back!!

We were very nervous going to such a place (busy shopping outlet)at this time but we were so pleasantly surprised. No waiting for a table staff so friendly and efficient- gluten free options no problem . Lovely food quick service and made to...feel so comfortable despite the restrictions we felt relaxed and very welcome . Pizzas were delicious I had the porchetta one that has a white sauce my absolute fave didn’t disappoint. We have to say the whole outlet was very much the same atmosphere all staff helpful and adhering to guidance but with a smile and a chat and no shoppers being awful either as is the case in our home town it was a pleasure to feel a bit of Xmas magic and the decorations were awesome . I recently enjoyed a delightful meal at this restaurant. Our server, Ste, was friendly, talkative, and funny. He really added to our overall experience! It was my sister's birthday and he even sang happy birthday to her, which was a nice surprise. The food was also delicious, and as a vegan, I was pleased with the variety of options available to me. Thank you for a wonderful night!
