Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chester

The service is excellent. The lines can get a bit busy at times, but the complimentary water cups are a great way to sample all the available drinks. The restrooms are particularly clean. I noticed the seating arrangements are just right for accommodating everyone. If you’d like, you can also practice your Spanish while you're at this location.

I was truly impressed by the composure of the cashier during a hectic time. When a man came behind the counter looking for his online order, she kindly informed him that customers weren’t allowed back there and asked for his name to help locate his order. Naturally, he requested to speak with a manager since he was upset about being told he couldn’t go behind the counter, despite a clearly visible sign stating, “No customers behind the counter, please.” He publicly humiliated and berated her in front of a crowded lobby, but she remained calm, smiled, and apologized for the misunderstanding. It's rare to encounter people with such grace under pressure.

I really enjoy Chipotle, but I have to say... skip the app and just wait in line. Every time I've ordered through the app, my order has been wrong. There was one time it arrived on time, but that's it. The flavors are fantastic, and the white rice is absolutely delicious. The staff are usually quite friendly, and I love the variety of salsas! My favorite is definitely the corn salsa!

Hard to put my finger on. Everyone was pleasant enough but no one was thrilled to be there. Understand? I do like the food though. So I will be returning.

I was hoping that unlike the Chipotle's at home, the guacamole was actually blended, like you see on TV. I was wrong. It was just huge avocado pieces. Other than that, you can expect quick, good service. The food is fresh. I was a little frustrated when my son's order was completed and then two other online orders were filled before they checked to see if I was with him, but that was probably just an issue with staff coordination. They seemed like they were trying.
