Maki, robata, sashimi, donburi, and takoyaki, paired with Sake flights offer a complete Japanese culinary experience! The restaurant has a good selection of specials, with standout items like the clean-tasting maki that showcase the fish without being overwhelmed by sauces. The Ebi robata is a must-try, although the Eel robata is essentially the same BBQ eel found elsewhere. The flounder in the Donburi was a bit too fishy and over-grilled, while the uni was mediocre. The takoyaki could use larger pieces of octopus. Overall, the experience was good with a variety of options to choose from (and we still need to try the desserts!
My fiancé and I love sushi. We decided to try somewhere we've never been. When we arrived, we sat right away. But we waited long for the server. We told each other that hopefully the food will wait for us so long for service. And indeed. The food was excellent. Although, it's a little overpriced. But we had a great time and we enjoyed our dinner.
The food was delicious and they had a wide selection of Saki to choose from.
This restaurant is a great little spot in the neighborhood for tasty food. While the food isn't anything extraordinary, it's reasonably priced and good value for what you get. The atmosphere is very calm and the decor is lovely, with high ceilings. The restaurant has two large tables that can accommodate groups of at least 8 people, so we will definitely be returning.
