Bill Kim Ramen - Chicago

Food was delicious. Wish the egg was a bit more runny but overall it was great. Nice and spicy.

It was soooo so flavourful, does not deserve a 3 star rating, it’s definitely more :

What a great location. Inside the food hall. Plenty of seating in a beer hall style. All the restaurants are on the outer square with a bar spreading the entire square on the outside. Every restaurant is an order take a beeper and sit down wait for the lights to go off and come back and pick up your order. Kim's serves up fresh food with some great combinations. The flavor comes out. I enjoyed the special of the day. Different size noodles which gave the dish a lot of texture and weight. A really great spot to try inside the West Loop food hall. There are plenty of options and depending on your mood you have options. This place gives you some noodles your choice of protein and then a mixture of fresh herbs and spices. Chose your temperature wisely it can bring a little heat. Definitely worth a repeat choice.

Pork ramen was good! Loved the broth, too! Wish the egg was more runny and less hard-boiled, but not a deal breaker for me.

I don’t know why this is 2.9 stars, either way I’m glad I didn’t take them into account bc the ramen is delicious! I got the chicken ramen and it’s super tasty! I didn’t see on the menu that it comes with steamed dumplings in it, so that was a nice surprise:)Give it a try, I’m sure you’ll be pleased!
