Great service and Ambience with Latin American flavor

Outstanding servive and delicious food in one of the most beautiful restaurants in Chicago. A few more vegetarian options would be nice

My friends first Carnivale experience and they love it! Christian the server explained everything throughly and was always there when we needed him. We will be back!!!

Was REALLY excited to be going here. Had a friend in town and wanted to let her have the experience and great food they are known for. Requested a table in the main room but was put in an out of the way side room. The Cotton Candy martini and Northeastern oysters were amazing and that’s where it ended. The Ropa Vieja app was soggy, the paella rice was- and how this happened not sure- burnt AND undercooked. The Mixto Ceviche was awful... Much of the seafood wasn’t edible as it hadn’t been fully “cooked” in the process of making ceviche. I ended up getting sick within an hour of leaving and had to cut our night out short. The single best part of the evening was that our server Joanna was attentive and pleasant. Would NOT go there again. Pretty much ruined what should have been an amazing weekend.
