Italian Fiesta Pizzeria S Halsted St

They don't deserve no stars. I was born and raised here 30 years. I live far away now for more then 18 years now. I wanted this pizza so bad and I regret it now. The girl taking orders was on her phone the whole time while taking orders. The wait time was more then an hour. Everyone pizza was burned. It was like eat cardboard. Mines didn't look burned on the side i seen til i got home and seen the other side. Total nightmare. This was 9/04/24. They need to be closed down or get a while new crew.

You literally have to sit here all day waiting for your order. All the employees are just yapping in the back and on their phone. Its dirty and disgusting. Be better people.

The location was a bit scary. I ordered online but still had to wait when I got there. The pizza was not that great. UPDATE 8/15/24: I decided to try this place once again and was disappointed. I called my pizza in and was told the wait would be 30-40 mins. I arrived in about 45 minutes, paid, but still had to wait almost an hour afterwards. The staff was mingling out back so loud that all 10 of us inside heard them. Some people even requested refunds after waiting so long. I do not recommend this place, just shut it down

They sold me a tombstone pizza for 27.00 dollars...NO SAUCE NO SAUSAGE NO MUSHROOMS NO CHEESE....WASTE OF MONEY NEVER AGAIN....I HAVE HAD BETTER FROZEN PIZZA FOR 5 DOLLARS...SAVE U MONEY...

Place order twice yesterday and never did receive my food
