Contribuer aux commentairesLizbet was our waitress. I had to ask her name to get it. It took about 25 minutes to get our food for a party of two. It was setting on the counter. I'm glad it was still hot but my sausage burnt. Someone else brought our food out. She did not check in on us while we ate our meal. I had to call her name to request to-go boxes.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian omelet
Great find! They were definitely slammed and short staffed, but they didn't let that affect their attitudes, quality of service, or quality of food. It was clean, fast, and delicious! There was a short wait and a couple minor inconveniences, but nothing to complain about. These guys know what they're doing! Definitely recommend it here. It's your typical American breakfast diner comfort food, but they out their own charm on it and it's fantastic.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian optionsKid-friendliness: Great kids menu!
Despite being short staffed our food was perfect, delicious, and timely. They work hard here. Some reviews mention wait times to be seated, don't fret, they'll get to you and the food will be good. This is a must stop for a great greasy spoon breakfast!Food: 5/5
This is your classic big-city coffee shop/diner. Tried it on Saturday morning and went back on Sunday morning. Wide variety of hearty breakfast items, good coffee and reasonable (for Chicago) prices. Right across the street from the side entrance of the Congress Hotel and directly beside the Travel Lodge on Harrison. You won’t be disappointed….
The food was all delicious!!! Service was quick and pleasantly nice. Our order came out quickly and it was cooked to exact perfection. The staff ran amazingly smooth and efficient. I have nothing negative to say about our experience. Very pleased. We ordered 2 eggs over easy with toast and a 3 egg omelet.
