Amage place to go to eat , order to go Dine in and take out.food is clean , elicious.best Chicago style food. I know for a fact been a customer since 1974 . The Service is great.go check it out for your self .Nice and clean restaurant.

Neighborhood restaurant for decades. I ordered a corn beef sandwich, which they are famous for. It was just okay. It was cold, not warm like it use to be. It was also thick. Hadn't been here in years. It will probably be years before I go back. Food is like throwing dice. You might get lucky, you might not.

Hadn't been there in at least twenty five years. And I'll be damned if the corned beef sandwich didn't taste just as good as it did back then just as big but as you can expect the price that went up but it was all good and worth it

Corned Beef Sandwich on rye, mustard with a pickle on the side from Moon’s Sandwich Shop; 16 S Western Ave. Open 7 am to 2 pm; it features breakfast, sandwiches, and burgers. I really treasure simple things done really well and this sandwich hit that mark. Packed full of corned beef, this sandwich was utterly satisfying. I definitely will be coming back to try other items on the menu.

Revamp of the interior seems to need another evaluation. Didn't seem to effect the ticket orders though much needed and successful joint for the area. Will travel from loop again!
