Taco Bell - Chicago

Very disappointing service, at night they did not take my order and sent me to the ordering kiosk. And while trying to place my order the kiosk went out. When I went to the counter they told me I couldn't place my order and turned me back to the ordering kiosk. National corporate needs to take a closer look at this location. Do not recommend, unless you are ok with getting treated like a burden just because you want to order food.It was not even busy, and for the lackluster experience.. you are better off 100% going to a different establishment.

Would’ve given a 5 but they didn’t have any cheese last time I went.

I got takeout and the Mexican pizza had a weird bitter chemical taste, it was literally inedible.

Ordered Strawberry Lemonade with my meal on the app, was delivered a cup of dirty water. Maybe someday they'll figure out how to serve drinks but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Staff lies and says all kinds if bs for a tip , what a joke. Never again. I'd rather burn the money than leave a tip to these lying idiots
