We are from Bengaluru. Last year we had planned our kids birthday celebration in this hotel in the afternoon as we wanted to gather native side relatives. Per hotel manager suggestion just to avoid conflict with other service providers) we had selected food menu, booked camera man, stage decoration co-operator and other service providers in advance One week before the day of birthday). We reminded each sevice co-operator before the day of birthday including hotel manager. The birthday day we arrived at hotel around 11am Invited guests at 12pm) there was neither stage decoration nor chairs/ other arrangements done. In this situation also, The hotel manager is least bothered to inform us or respective service provider. By the time the decoration co-operator arrived and started the services, almost guests arrived and was awaiting for event to start. Such a pathetic embarrassing experience in front of guests. Food was average, location and place was not hygiene as per our expectations including washrooms. Photographer was not professional and he has taken long time to give us album. I never prefer this place for any event plan.
