Base Woodfired Pizza - Christchurch

Has a seperate vegan menu, great variety. I got a vegan pizza and a milkshake. They were delicious! And reasonably priced.

This is located in essentially an upscale food court a concept which I actually love! The casual atmosphere is nice and this would be a great spot to meet up with friends people can pick from different cuisines and get whatever they want. There is a separate vegan menu here, with three vegan pizza options and other vegan food as well. I had the vegan supreme pizza which came with eggplant and an aioli on top. They also have vegan mylkshakes available with soy or coconut milk. I got the oreo mylkshake which was SO GOOD. I have not been able to have anything like that in years! This was such a satisfying meal I definitely recommend visiting!

We chose 2 small pizza a fungi and margarita. They were both excellent, and just the right amount for us! We left and didn’t feel full so there was room for some gelato later! Situated in the riverside market complex. Lots going on. Also great beer available here too.
