Sonic Drive-in - Cicero

Super disappointed order was smooth, but we waited a really long time for our eating when we finally got it the tater dead were cold our sandwiches were hardly warm. the ingredients were fresh, but honestly the burger had no taste. will not eat here again.

It's an almost food restaurant. there is not much more to be said. they offer a typical Chicago customer service, i.e. a young person who is poorly trained with very few problem solutions skills. eating is decent when the order is correct. they are not bad, but at the same time they are not completely out of the rest.

We ordered reeses pb malts looked fantastic, but it tasted like a vanilla paints w/a little crushed reeseses above, not all reflected by them like the menu image....because we took it home, we didn't know it until then, otherwise I would have asked the server. we appreciate the effort. while we waited for our malt, they had a steady flow of vehicles order, so maybe it was just a night for malt....we will try it again in the near future.

So I had the worst service here. the manager was so rude. we waited for over 20 minutes in the drive thru only to be warm and wrong for our food. also my coke was flat. I got the worst service. the manager was so rude that my daughter went in to find out what her problem was. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Need more staff. We parked like we saw other cars parked and when we went to order we were told no service to cars and we had to go thru drive thru which the line of had us blocked in. We just left. I was really craving Sonics too.
