The Human Bean - Citrus Heights

In my 40 years, I have never encountered customer service quite like this. I really wish I had asked the names of the two girls who assisted me so I could share their fantastic service with the manager. As a first-time visitor, I had questions about the mocha, and they both patiently explained its ingredients and preparation process. While one of them prepared my drink, the other engaged me in a conversation about my day and my plans. I mentioned that I was being lazy and binge-watching one of my favorite true crime shows, which led to a delightful discussion about true crime. It felt so natural and relaxed, unlike experiences I've had at places like Starbucks or Dutch Bros, where interactions can feel forced. Once my drink was ready, they made sure to check if I liked it before I left. These girls truly deserve high praise for their exceptional customer service. I am now a lifelong fan of this place! And by the way, the mocha is fantastic. I can't wait to try the other drinks on the menu. Thank you for making my morning so enjoyable; little things like this can really make a difference in someone's day.

A M A Z I N G!! The baristas were incredibly friendly and offered great suggestions! It was my first time visiting, and the young lady with pink hair helped me choose a pumpkin white mocha coffee. I was impressed that you get four shots in a 20 oz drink, which is perfect for a caffeine lover like me! They even include chocolate-covered espresso beans with every drink—how cool is that? I wholeheartedly recommend this location!

I love this place! The people are super friendly and are good at giving recommendations when I can't make up my mind. My coworker and I stop by a lot; to the point where some of the employees know us now, lol. So much tastier and cheaper than places like Starbucks. I should have written this review long ago but kept forgetting, haha. I highly recommend this coffee shop. Once you try it you'll want to keep coming back!

My twin sis enjoys there ice coffee, that she gets from them. It's good, i like the coffee bean..that they put on top of the drinks, sometimes i get the frozen hot chocolate or whatnot.
