The staff was super friendly and the baked goods were next level amazing. I definitely had this bakery on my list of places to visit on our trip and it did not disappoint. I look forward to traveling to Hudson again and try your amazing bakery for a second time.
Love breadfolks!!!! Everything I have had from here has been sooo good. Wish I still lived in Hudson and could enjoy it more but I try to stop by when I'm back in town! Highly recommended trying if your in the area!
The one and only prime bakery in Hudson for the freshest and tastiest breads in Upstate New York. My only wish is that they are open more!
The puffed pastry gets five stars, but two out of three said their coffee (almond milk) was very sour. Cruffin super decadent but worth it! Everything looks delicious!
Can't give more than 5 stars or I would. Best canele I have ever had. The baguettes are unbelievable. Crunchy, sour...everything you would want. Cube is in the freezer because we couldn't eat that much but couldn't pass up a cube of croissant dough. Worth the 2 hr trip!
