Caffe Nero - City of London,Westminster

Its ok...the usual that you expect oc chains. The coffee was decent. Pastries average, the seating small. The staff looked bored.

Called into here on a busy Saturday. Given the location you can expect it to busy most of the time. Would say that it is much the same as any Cafe Nero you venture into. Busy, ok staff, messy uncleared tables. But, a decent coffee I guess that considering the location they don’t have to try too hard.

Often I go to Caffe Nero, so why not in London. Oh my it was over staffed, yet none of them had learnt to smile! Or how to clean a table. It was about 10.30am, they hardly had any food to offer, 1 of each item, so all for of us had to choose something different. BLT, Sausage Bag, Muffin and a cheese toastie, which had no taste at all. Very disappointing for a well known brand.

The same as any other caffe Nero very busy, but friendly staff, although they only had 2 flavours of frappe

An oatmilk latte for me, and a hot chocolate, blueberry muffin for my friend set us up so that we could roam the streets of London window shopping. Staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are well used as Cafe Nero is so popular
