Absolutely disgusting... both the food and the attitudes of the staff at this restaurant. They overcharged my wife for two simple dishes for takeout, then handed her someone else's order by mistake. When we called to have the correct food brought back, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude to my wife and told her to leave and not come back. She was so shaken by this individual's behavior that we reported the restaurant to trading standards. Stay away from Maharajah Restaurant at Queensway - they are Indian/Bangladeshi con artists. Unfortunately, we will never be returning there again.

As an Indian food enthusiast residing in Glasgow, I was delighted to discover this hidden gem near Hyde Park in London. The staff were exceptional, always greeting us with a smile. The food was outstanding! We started with poppadoms and a chutney tray, followed by chicken tikka as appetizers, and mains of chicken tikka jalfrezi with pilau rice and plain naan. The quality of the food surpassed all expectations. In my opinion, this ranks among the top 5 curries I have had in the UK in many years. I highly recommend this restaurant!

The food and service at this restaurant are absolutely fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly. I will definitely be returning in the future. The prices are also very reasonable.

We found the food warm (not hot). The staff was not friendly and the space was tiny. I like a beer and they don’t have. The waiter allowed us to order two identical dishes that were mostly potatoes. (aloo gobi and veg curry). Quite disappointing. Sept 2023. Hope they improve.

Very good. Nayem was our server and he was very kind. Recommended good beer. Food was very flavourful and tasty. Great sitdown location.
