Contribuer aux commentairesThis restaurant experience was a disaster. The employees were shouting over a loud, distorted microphone, making it impossible to hear. The order numbers were not clear and the food was cold and tasteless.
Despite the quick service provided by the automated system, I was let down by what I found in my bag. My Big Mac was a mess and would have been better if it had been placed in a box. Additionally, I ordered nuggets, which are always improved with a dip, but the dip was not included in the bag. While I appreciate the efficiency, I can't help but feel that the staff are simply assembling orders according to a standard formula and not paying attention to specific requests. It seems like a simple task, but unfortunately, it was not executed properly by this team. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience.
Absolutely appalling. This is now the THIRD time I have left the building without the food I have paid for. Staff slow and unfriendly. Unfortunately now Burger King has gone this is the only place to get food, when you don’t have to wait over fifteen minutes! Once again asked for a manager to get a refund and the team member just looked at me and then disappeared. This place should be closed down-McDonalds should be ashamed of this outlet. Never again.
Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. Waited for 12 minutes. After asking about my order, I was given a cold half burned burger, with freezing bread. I could not complain as I rushed to get my train. The only fresh ingredients was the tomato sauce.
Constantly broken printer. You place an order, pay and you are given an order number. You,ve got 2 seconds to memorise it or take a picture. Otherwise you will need to join the already bad experience described by the previous customer (see below, credits to Mike M) but without even knowing your order number !!! Imagine that! “Truly awful experience. Self order only, you're given a number and you wait in a chaotic scrum. Two employees stand at a counter and shout inaudible numbers out. If you are lucky enough to understand you're order is thrown at you in a paper bag. You may not get what you ordered. Staff are not helpful, rude and patronising.” I didn’t get my order at all. I didn’t know my order number. I waited 20minuted. Could have spent another 30 to deal with staff and investigate my issue. But I walked away. Avoid.
