This chain restaurant seems to be using Covid as an excuse to provide even less service to their customers in the name of safety. The waiter informed us that we had to download their app, browse the menu, and place our order through it. This was certainly convenient for the restaurant, but cumbersome and annoying for us as customers, as we had to input our personal information. We also waited for a long time for the waiter to assist us with ordering, despite the fact that he had to stand close to us to do so. The salad bar was closed, and the waiter had to serve us our salads. It wasn't the same as being able to choose our own salad from a variety of options. The food was mediocre, as it always is at Pizza Hut. If you want better service, it's better to get a takeaway or order pizza for delivery. Overall, the experience left us wondering what exactly we were paying for.
The service was very polite and fast. The food was fresh and hot. The restaurant wasn't too crowded for a Tuesday at 6pm. I ordered the meal deal which included a starter, salad, drink, and pizza.
The staff at this restaurant are dishonest and can't be trusted! If you've ordered a pizza and want to cancel it, do not go to this place! They will try to convince you that a pizza can be made in just one minute. This is a complete scam and should be avoided.
Not much point in a pizza restaurant that serves inedible pizzas. I ordered the Meat Feast sharing pizza but the chicken was pre-cooked and both tough and tasteless. The beef was tiny granules of mince over cooked into oblivion. The pepperoni was also tasteless and cut so thin you would have needed a micrometer to measure its slimness. It was luke warm when it arrived and I should have sent it back but didn’t have the time. This travesty of cooking cost me over £20, I’d be surprised if the ingredients cost more than about £3, so it’s a total rip off. The one redeeming feature was the service, which was enthusiastic but that’s irrelevant when the food’s so bad. Avoid!!!!
Restaurant is tiny and far too cramped, and service wasn't great either. OK it was very busy, but at one point I went to the buffet, and my table was almost given away to another diner. Either need to expand or move to another premises.
