I would rate the roti a 7/10, though I'm unsure if that's fair since, being Sicilian, this isn't my traditional cuisine. I wouldn’t necessarily say the roti was undercooked, but it did have a slightly doughy flavor. As for the curry chicken and stew chicken, both were excellent at 9/10. I haven't had good West Indian or Guyanese food in ages, but I’ve definitely found my new favorite spot!
The duck lo mien was terrible! However, the goat curry was quite good; I appreciated that there was more meat and less bone.
I'm writing another review. Once again, I wish I could give more stars, but I've spent a lot of money on oxtails that come with very little meat and mostly fat.
The chicken noodle soup was terrible, huge chunks of chicken skin I don apos;t know who told them to put lettuce in soup but that was not a great or tasty choice
This is the only Guyanese Resturant Ive come across on the Bronx that I enjoyed the taste of their food. However I bought a chicken fried Rice. There was enough rice to serve 3 people but the chicken was only enough for one person. I had to throw out most of the rice.
