Starbucks Coffee - City of New York

Some of the reviewers here seem to have never worked in a busy Starbucks, and it shows! The staff are friendly and accommodating. They prepare and serve drinks accurately. I've never had a negative experience. Yes, there are times when I have to wait for my coffee or food, but that’s just part of being in a bustling coffee shop! Whenever my order has been messed up, they always correct it promptly and are very apologetic. The atmosphere is just what you’d expect when you walk into a Starbucks. A big thank you to all the dedicated baristas and shift leaders who brighten my mornings! Keep up the great work! Your efforts are truly appreciated.

I really liked the guy who resembles Ben Barlow; I believe he was the one giving out delicious tea samples. I wish I had gotten his name and the name of the drink so that I could order it and have him make it for me. There was also a gentleman who looks Dominican, and I wish I had caught his name too, as he was very kind to me. One of the other staff members mentioned that my gold card didn't work, so I was charged 50 cents for my refill, which I don't quite understand, since it worked the next day. But that's alright.
