Friendly staff and good food... I'm going a lot! Salad bar...

I had ordered and paid pizza for my son's birthday, and it never happened. I was exaggerated and wanted to talk to the manager. I spoke to Christine from the Roman side, and she was an absolute angel. She went upstairs and beyond to help me make it a great day for my son. She even made sure he got some presents, that was so amazing. She helped turn a problem that wasn't even her fault in a time we could look back and know that there are still great people in this crazy world. I pray an additional blessing for you Christine and your family. I'll never forget you'll help me with my son's birthday.

I called the Rome NY Store and McKenzie answered. McKenzie took my order and made sure it was right....there was a problem with my cards pizza hat system likes none of my cards, as I also ran in this issue in KY) she tried both cards twice and then offered someone else to try them. Bob the manager came to the call and we discussed the problem and Bob came with a solution for the problem. Bob even called back to make sure the delivery went well and discussed what could be the problem with my cards and pizza hat systems. Overall, the experience with this business was one of the best. This business seems to be a big team and large management leadership that tries to find the balance between customer service and protection of their team members. Kudos to McKenzie and Bob and the driver was also a nice guy.

Nicholas was amazing. He's a good cook best pizza I've had for a long time.
