No1 Chinese - City of Utica

I’m a snob when it comes to Asian cuisine since I am Filipino and have lived in Houston for 36+ years where there’s a thriving Asian community and lots of fabulous restaurants.I moved here in Utica 2 1/2 years ago and found most Chinese restaurants served dishes that are too Americanized (bland) for my taste except for this restaurant. We love ordering out from here. Best Chinese restaurant in Utica!

Man who picks up when you call is rude constantly… the food isn’t good enough for that some days food is good others terrible(tastes old and weird).

I used to think the best Chinese place in Utica was empire City until I had no. 1 after empire closed down now I know for sure this is the best place for Chinese food. The portions are great and the taste is amazing definitely worth
