Its name? Blackhorse Pub Brewery. It’s the kind of place where the wood panels creak with stories, the walls whisper secrets of laughter past, and the blended scent of beer, alcohol, and sizzling burgers welcomes every guest like an old friend. The pub’s charm isn’t just in its decor. It’s the people. The staff at Blackhorse Pub Brewery offering not just expert drink pairings but also advice, jokes, and the occasional life lesson. One Tuesday night, just as the golden glow of the streetlamps outside began melting into the Tennessee evening, two newly found friends walked in. Friends for a whopping three weeks, they were the kind of duo that turned any quiet night into a memory worth keeping. They settled into their barstools, ordering rounds of bourbon and plates of food. The night rolled on with laughter, sports debates, life experiences and the occasional good natured argument over who had the better stories. When it came time to pay, one smirked and pulled out his credit card. “I got this one.” The other scoffed. “Like hell you do.” He slapped his own card on the counter. Then both their eyes lit up with an idea. “How about we make it interesting? Let fate decide.” The bartender was intrigued and said “And what exactly does that mean?” They both taked turns explaining “We both give you our cards, you shuffle them behind the bar, and without looking, you pick one. That person pays the whole bill. No complaints, no take backs.” The bartender laughed, shaking his head. “You guys are something else... Let 's do this! He took the two cards and gave them a good shuffle behind the counter while saying I 'm kinda nervous . Many people at and around the bar watched, eyes twinkling with anticipation. Even one of the waitresses paused mid order to peek over The bartender held up one card and and said something along of the lines of he has a feeling this is the one. And so, Blackhorse Pub Brewery had another story to add to its collection. A night of good drinks, great friends, and a little bit of luck—just as it always should be! App of cheese and chips, very good. Wedge salad with sirloin, a bit overdressed and would have been better with a couple of red onion slices and if the bacon was fresh, but good flavors, excellent steak. My brother had pizza and beer, said it was good. Really good service. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4
