Burger King - Clarksville

I didn't get to eat because the service was terrible and the staff was rude and unwilling to help. The restaurant was out of most of the food I wanted, and the only drink options were tea and water. If you can't manage a business properly, why are you in charge?

On a positive note, they do offer vegetarian options like plant-based items and the Impossible Whopper. The restaurant also has kids' meals and is wheelchair accessible with ramps for those who need them.

This location can be slow during non-peak hours, and there have been frequent issues with customer service, particularly with employees and managers being unprofessional and rude at times. I've even heard managers tell customers that their staff is incompetent. However, when it comes to food quality, I have no complaints; the food usually arrives at a decent temperature and in a timely manner.

We got our food to go .. I waited in the truck, my boyfriend walked in to order. He was in and out in no time, and said the guy making 5he sandwiches was on his game more than any worker any other time we 've stopped at a Burger King. I asked what he meant by that.. He said he washed his hands, and put on new gloves after each order because he handled things other than the food he was serving. And he didn 't miss a beat.. he said he was fast, and had his together. No wrong orders, including ours. (Burger King always seems to mess up our orders) I thought that was cool of him to notice the guy doing a good job. Then, my boyfriend said, THAT WAS THE BEST CHEESEBURGER I 'VE HAD AT BURGER KING, and actually went back in and ordered another one!! Ha Ha!! So, kudos to the guy in the back that evening who restored our faith back into one of our favorite fast food places.. we were starting to give up on expecting decent food and service at B.K. anymore..He needs a raise!! (I don 't know his name, sorry)

Tried the ghost pepper whopper... very disappointed. Not hot ? or spicy.... If it wasn't for the fried jalapeno strips... there's no spice ?Food: 3/5
