Wendy's - Clarksville

We just stopped in for a quick lunch, and I have to mention that the manager was exceptional. He’s one of the best managers I’ve encountered in a long time. He greeted everyone as they came in, was friendly, and made sure everyone was well taken care of. This is exactly how customers should be treated. Great job! We’ll definitely be back.

My toddler and I visited yesterday because she wanted a Wendy's burger. She's only two, so it was quite a fun outing! Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had my hands full, but a sweet staff member kindly brought our tray to the table, which saved me from having to struggle with the high chair. Overall, it was a lovely lunch experience, and we really enjoyed it!

The chili appears to be improving, and I no longer need to request hot sauce—it was included in the bag this time without my asking. Thank you!

As always, Wendy's is a great place to grab food when looking for fast food, and the only place when this desire includes a frosty. Unfortunately, my recent desire required two excursions. My first trip was on an afternoon when snow was expected. Only the drive-thru was open and the line was very long, almost out of the parking lot. After waiting for almost half an hour, I noticed that someone stands in the middle of the parking lot and woke his arms. I rolled down my window and he said he was the manager and that they closed after they had accepted two more orders. Since that meant that the car would get a frosty in front of me and I wouldn't, I asked why they kept in front of me by car as I had pulled into the parking lot 30 minutes ago. He went away. So I had to go back a few days later and it took almost 25 minutes to get my chicken sandwich, potato and frosty because they took an order at a time, finished it and then moved on to the next order. Obviously, they have problems to hire enough people like all the others, and they have not found out that $13 per hour is not a big shine as a couple of years ago. Wendy's is still a good place for a burger and pommes as long as you don't mind waiting long!

Wendy's hamburgers are so tasty. They are a nice size for your money. And their fries are good too.
