This specific starbucks is a major utility to me in many ways, as i find myself homeless for once and in need of charging phone and bargaining my right to keep in tide with ones that be . there we have chess wednesdays and sundays, and much opportunity to offer friendship. it 's like cheers without the cheers.. a simple mans coffee shop, that tends to the atmosphere with a smile that states loud and clear 'howdy y 'all, from country to post, why have it y 'all, coffee in need for plead! '. the atmospheric is cordial, without ruccuss, in the main.. the management is without agendad, and keeps clear of hearsay way.. the general workmanship is on par to sacs fifth. they work with all, inclusive in relation to the homeless community, if there is workability... see, being homeless, does not mean free drinks for all and we do our best to pay for drink and keep good tidings in relation to site at bay. try and be cognizant of fact that at times newly hired ones are in touch with the aptitudeness of the culture in relation to clayton and concord life at the most minimum, prior to permanent hireship. and continue doing your honor in a dignified manner as you all do! best, adam
The staff at this location was so friendly and so nice to me I wish I live locally so they could be my Starbucks. My local Starbucks made my drink incorrectly and unfortunately I was commuting to work. After calling my local Starbucks who made the coffee originally they were little rude to me on the phone so I decided to stop in at this location to ask if they could remake it for me. The staff told me no problem and made me a great coffee. I really appreciate their kindness because I felt really embarrassed asking them to remake a coffee that they had never even made for me in the first place. But after my negative interaction with my own local Starbucks I did not feel comfortable going back to them. So thank you to this team for being so kind and so nice to me you guys are amazing and I appreciate you.
Stop prioritizing online drinks when you have people staring at you for 10 to 15 minutes. No sense of urgency when busy and everyone's laughing and giggling as if they're there to hang out. You guys should find a way to prioritize those that are standing in front of you versus those that are ordering on the app. Just move to this part of town and this is the worst Starbucks. I've ever been to wait times are twice as long as they should be Food: 2
There’s a female barista with dark hair and wears glasses is incredibly ill mannered and unprofessional. I asked for a little more whole milk in my iced coffee because it tasted too strong and she refused to give it. Plus her demeanor and the way she speaks to customers and even other baristas is so rude. People like her should not work in customer service. Service: Takeaway
