Dunkin' - Clearwater

Through the ride. While I gave up my order, the girl kept me from asking me if it was. I ordered 2 coffees and 2 bagels. It finally got right. And I waited to pay forever while another car came back before the wrong one. I'm going to the window to pay, there are 5 girls standing there talking, laughing and playing on their phones. Five more minutes to get my bagels. When I was pulled out after 15 minutes, my coffee was wrong. Do not return for the fast wrong commands

Had some good experiences, but mostly bad. wrong orders, items, missing items, drinks not full etc. plus they seem to have the smallest possible locations and have deliveries coming during peak hours make the parking a disaster. gave them a few chances, but not back. they need serious management overhaul

I love Dünkin Donuts, but they win you for sweet tea and you don't get a sweet tea. I would say about half of my time to go back to get it right

Give hot chocolate instead of Carmel Latte. Do not order Lady trained to order on the screen as well. No document paper, toilet paper, soap, paper towels, napkins. If America ran on this dunkin, we're damned!

Shaye does not just delivers your order 100% the way the order was placed but she remembers my order each time and she is capable to recognize me by voice and associates my voice with the correct order. It is Amazing. Thank you Shaye for your work preparing breakfast for me and my 18.2 year old dog Timon for last few months. Timon wehnt to rest on Jan 12 2021.
