Contribuer aux commentairesIt would be nice if they actually cook the speck and I don't have to ask for well made speck every morning, if I don't ask for it looks like it's never cooked and sometimes the brot is hard as it was stale before they roasted it and the hash browns type of taste saturated and fat. I get mcdonald’s every day to breakfast and the quality of eating begins to deteriorate and worse, and I have to wait in a line and then when I come into the second window they tell me to pull to the third window every day I spend a good $70 per week easy. I just don't understand when someone comes every day for the same thing in the morning, at the same time why they can not only make a little speck that is done a little better and the muffin is as if he were erected overnight and then they just roasted it and it's hard. the mcdonald’s on gulf to bay and keene is the worst mcdonald’s I have ever eaten in my life and it is like a few roads away from me, so I go to the belcher by bel air road in clearwater the food is a little better, but I have to wait because they have no speck that is cooked properly.
No one at order window, so drove to pay window and no one there either. 2 cars behind me also. So drove to last window and was told I had to get back in line! This is on Missouri so I went elsewhere! Instead of taking my order as they should have, Arrrgg!
Last time I went the lady taking my order was very rude. I explained what I wanted literally a hamburger only mustard and onions. She didn't understand so I kept explaining what I didn't want. Then she let out a annoyed sigh and said I need to stop telling her what I don't want and need to tell her what I do want, which I told her is what I said in the first place. Then when I got to the window a guy was there to take my payment I assumed she didn't want to deal with me and he was nasty to me because I didn't tell them I had a barcode coupon at the order box. Everytime I come they tell me just tell us at the window so when I do they get nasty that I did. I wasn't rude, never yelled or raised my voice. Maybe they just had a bad day but there is no need to be rude to someone when they told you what they wanted in the first place.
Don’t give this business your money. The owners and management don’t care about the customers. They also randomly decide to close or not take orders when they want, even though it’s a 24 hour place. Terrible and over priced. Cheaper to eat at a restaurant.
My husband and I went to this restaurant to grab a quick meal. We brought our kids along and ordered a $40 value dinner. Unfortunately, they forgot some items from our order. The line was long and slow at 7:30 pm, which meant I had to go back through the drive-thru to get the missing items. By the time we received everything, the food was cold. It was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend returning. I would rather grab something from a nearby convenience store.
