Chili's Grill - Cleburne

I come to this chilis regularly and I’m used to receiving below average service, but tonight was some of the worst service I have ever received. I believe my waitresses name was Maya, I was the only person at my table, and aside from bringing me my food and drink she totally ignored me to pay attention to her larger tables on a slow night. If this chilis doesn’t correct their, service issues they’re going to start losing customers.

You know what you're going to get with Chili's. This one is normal, nothing special.

Our waitress and workers were amazing. We had one set of fajitas delivered with a hair in it, had sent that back. Five minutes later, the other set of fajitas arrived for another person, and after their first bite, they noticed a hair in those fajitas as well. One of the workers in the back did not have a hairnet, and he just had his hair pulled back in a ponytail. Very gross. Lost my appetite. They did remove the fajitas from my ticket and offered a 10% discount. So that was nice.

Love the staff. Love the atmosphere. Food is always good.

Food was ok, service was ok, one food item was wrong. The restaurant is jam packed in. Not big enough to be a real chilies. I you don't have the right amount of people be ready to expect a hr and a half of wait time.Parking: It gets so packed you would have to park on the street or across the street.
