I ordered a turtle pecan cluster blizzard I got a different one. When I called the manager, Aubrey stated that unless I go back tonight take the old one, she cannot do anything about it. I have to go waste gas, again, just to take it back. Most places take Ur name allow U to get one next time.

I went this afternoon during dinner rush, ordered 5 blizzards and they came right out. The whole crew was handling the stress very well and all were kind to every customer.

This is my second visit and the burger was not hot. The fries were hot. Can't stand food that isn't Hot. The staff is very nice and they keep the dining area immaculate. They're a good team. We are regulars. This needs to be addressed or else we'll have to go somewhere else.
