Great vegetables and plate lunches served in a pleasant setting. The staff handled our group easily and perfectly, providing a super experience to go with the well-cooked food.
A great place to eat! We stopped by on Wednesday, May 13, 2015, around 10 a.m. I had just undergone neck surgery, so I needed something soft to eat. The woman with me ordered sunny side up fried eggs, hash browns, ham, and a biscuit with gravy. She specifically asked the waitress to ensure the eggs were cooked sunny side up and that the ham was heated through but tender. The waitress immediately suggested that if she wanted the hash browns to be softer, they could be made that way too. The woman agreed, saying that would be wonderful. I have to say, you couldn't ask for a cook to do a better job. The eggs were perfect, the ham was served hot without any tough spots, and the hash browns were cooked just right without any burnt pieces. When you have a waitress and cook who go above and beyond to please their customers, they definitely deserve a tip! We had a wonderful experience here, especially since we had also dined here a few months ago and enjoyed a delicious roasted chicken and pork dish.
This place is fantastic for breakfast! The breakfast options are delicious, and my favorites are the Big Jake with bacon and the huevos con chorizo. I also absolutely love the salsa!
Jasir! The roasted chicken steak was delicious! The side salad with ranch dressing was also tasty. The fries were just okay. You’ll need to bring your own water bottle. The cornbread was delightful! I was pleasantly surprised by the homemade coconut cream, especially the real whipped cream, which was a refreshing change from the usual processed stuff. The cake itself was very good. While it wasn’t exactly like what my mother used to make, I would definitely not pass it up. Overall, I was quite impressed and would definitely eat here again.
