Contribuer aux commentairesWaited way too long for a breakfast sandwich. When I asked how much longer I was told by a man/woman with long dry gray hair ?why don?t you try doing my job?? I couldn?t tell if it was a man or woman. Rude black girl behind the counter started yelling at me and told me to cancel my order. She was not friendly. It took the white girl with tattoos who was just finished her shift to help me. She was very friendly. I have no idea what was wrong with the other two grouches. I will be emailing corporate and speaking to the management at this store also.
I've been going to this local wawa for 7yrs so this has nothing to do with covid and lack of employees. Every single time I ordered a hoagie it is always and I mean always made incorrectly regardless of the time of day or how busy it is. Staff are too busy having conversations to pay any attention to detail. I rarely go here for this reason. Avoid it at all cost unless you like waiting an absurdly long time only to find out the order was made wrong when you get home. Zero customer service
This is the absolute worst wawa I ever been to. There food orders aren't right half the time I've got a cup of Luke warm to cold coffee here} more then one time and they card everyone for cigarettes no matter how old they look or even if the same cashier that's carded you 100 plus times. They don't go by there corporate rules that say if you look under 27 years of age you will be carded. I'm over 50 and get carded every time I go to this store. Very poor manegent.
This Wawa is consistently ?out? of regular items.. their Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, chicken strips. The past 4 times I?ve been there they have had no Mac n cheese ready to order. They were even out of Ingredients to make ANY smoothie containing dairy on a few occasions. I have been taking my money to completely different companies lately And I Always advise other people I know to go somewhere else because I know they won?t have the regular items that are on the menu. It?s frustrating because this Wawa is right next to my home And I would be an extremely frequent customer if management and staff would prepare and stock up for the sale of their products.
Austin Pelosi made my day after what had been a terrible, rainy day. I was looking to eat something and was hoping for a little more comfort. His unexpected kindness and thoughtfulness really stood out. While the manager wasn't as accommodating at that moment, Austin went above and beyond for me. Despite my discomfort, he made me laugh, and I truly appreciated his kindness. Thank you, Austin! – Cate
