Finally found Dole Whip outside of Disney. Soooo good. Eating there 2 days in a row. Cost was about $5 for almost full cup with no toppings.

Made no effort to replace empty items to top ice cream, just remarked they was just getting over a large rush for ice cream and drinks.

Positive note: there are a lot of options for toppings, but the Caramel Hot Fudge dispenser not working or is out 2:30 pm during a Thursday.
