Krystal - Cleveland

I hadn't been to this Krystal restaurant in over 25 years! The cashier was very kind and made it well worth revisiting after all this time.

I enjoyed the hot and fresh mini Krystal burgers loaded with cheese and onions. The crispy seasoned fries were one of my favorite fast food sides.

Mine's the working experience. I've been working there since May 2021 and I've had plenty of the wanting to give up quit moments but I don't because I'm not the kind of person that quits a job. I enjoy working at Krystal's, my manager's co-worker's are nice and fun to work with but it does get really stressful and frustrating working 2-3 different positions basically at the same time because there's not enough staff to work them. And, that's why customers would have to wait 10-40 minutes for their food.

The service at this restaurant is consistently outstanding, no matter what time I visit. The friendly server always goes the extra mile to ensure my order is correct by asking additional questions, which is greatly appreciated as I tend to forget things.

I was here Jan 2, 2023. My Krystal Chiks were so soggy that my buns fell apart to the touch as I pulled them out of the box, it was as if they were left on a puddle of water. In fact the inside of the boxes were even damp! My mother's Krystal bun on her sandwich was hard as a rock it was so stale! We were traveling through Cleveland TN and we go to other Krystal's a lot, this was the worst one ever in our life! We had to chuck them out on the highway for the buzzards. It was mortifying. Will never be going back there!
