Pizza Hut - Cleveland

Where do I start? I stood in register after running the filiale for about 10 minutes before welcome to c if I needed some help...then they get dinner box to house and chesse brot was burned zimt brot not boiled and boneless hone bbq wing has no bbq. made me remeber, which pizza hat nonlonger my fave pizza. what a whole thing that experience am. would ask if a refund or food to h remade, but the workers had attitude when I was finally helped....DO not waste their money not risk ur health

Food was ok but the order was wrong so we ended up having to reorder more food once we got there simply because the person who took the order wasn't listening. Next time I will choose a different location.

We Ordered pizza before 7 PM, the delivery time stated that the pizza would arrive at 7:30. At the 1 Hour mark, we used the tracker to check our order status.This is when we learned that our order was now being transferred to Door Dash and would now arrive at 8:35.If we wanted to order from door dash, we would have ordered from door dash! We were trying to give our directly to the franchise.We called in to understand where our food was and after waiting 19 minutes to speak with someone at the store about our order, my husband was hung up on. Unbelievable, unacceptable. We will never be ordering from Pizza Hut Again if these are their standard business practices.—Also, we just received our order and the pizza wasn’t cut!???

Called to see if they were doing delivery given the extreme weather. Was told the are. Placed my order online for delivery. 7 minutes later got a call saying my order has been canceled because they are closed with only the manager showing up today. After a far from stellar conversation with said manager, I made a complaint with corporate. Funny how the manager was the only one there, but they had 3 cars in the lot, including one with a topper on it, when I went to Save A Lot minutes later to get dinner.

I walked in to order. They was out of pasta so the young man made a pizza to match the kind of pasta i wanted with no problems.
