Pizza Hut - Clinton

Awful! Everything was overcooked and dry. The crust was so hard that it could break a tooth. The bread wasn't even sliced and was difficult to bite into. It was my first and last time ordering from this restaurant and I was very disappointed. When I called to complain, they didn't apologize or offer to compensate or remake the order. They only offered a credit for a future order, but I didn't want to wait another hour after the original order.

We were given 2 medium pizzas instead of 2 large pizzas at this restaurant. When we opened the boxes, they were only half full, leaving the pizzas to float around in the extra space. It was absurd. I returned to Pizza Hut after several years just to receive this subpar product. I will not be returning.

Omg I never had so many issues trying to make a pizza order! I was hung up on twice and that was after they had my name and account information and they never even called back I had to sit in the parking lot and place my order online with contactless delivery only to be placed on hold after I chose the #1 prompt it was a horrible language barrier! I live behind this place in the condos and think I’ll rather drive a little farther for better customer service

I am delighted to say that the ordering process and delivery of my meal was incredibly smooth! The pizza and service at this restaurant remind me of the classic Pizza Hut! The woman who took my order over the phone was very kind, patient, and professional. The delivery driver was prompt, and most importantly, the pizza was cooked perfectly, just how I like it! I highly recommend giving this place a try, they definitely redeemed themselves in my eyes!
