Contribuer aux commentairesWell we passed on this place I can't review the food but walking in water damage ceiling mold dirty air ducts filthy bathrooms with mold water damage would only allow me to conclude kitchen would be in same condition wasn't willing to Risk our health if the restaurant is so dirty. Think the health department should do an inspection I'm pretty sure it would be shut down
My cousins live in Clinton, I live just outside of Memphis. My cousins birthdays are a day apart in July. I contacted the Flower Corner ordered an arrangement but also wanted to purchase a gift card for a meal for them and they gave me options for dining. I called Ted’s garage and spoke with Deanna explained what I was doing. She was so kind helpful. She was about to get off offered to deliver the gift card to the florist for delivery. I am absolutely thrilled. Thank you Deanna. You went above beyond! You made this customer very happy. I will definitely bring the family to dine when I come for a visit look forward to meeting you!
The food was great and so was the service. If I was to say anything negative it would be that the steak was only a half inch thick
We went on a Tues about 2pm. It was not very busy. Only people at 3 tables when we got there. Sign said seat yourself, so husband and I did. 1 waitress looked right at us never came over. She brought the gentlemana food who was sitting right in front of us and walked back to kitchen. The other waitress came out checked the other tables beside us who had 3 people. Looked right at us. Never got a single word from either of them. No menu, no hello how are you today, no give me just a minute. They both seen us numerous times. 1 started wiping tables. Another customer came in and they immediately greeted him and asked him what he wanted to drink and got him a menu, while we were still waiting . The other lady came back right beside us to ask how the 3 at the table behind us was doing and walked back to the kitchen area. Then another customer was getting ready to come in, they seen him coming and obviously knew them because they said oh "so and so "is here. That 's when we had had enough. We got up and left and still they said NOTHING!! But I know they seen us then cause the atmosphere of the room got different when they finally watched us walk out. My husband called the place as we were leaving to talk to the manager and waited several minutes and being told to hold. He finally just hung up. Very disappointed. We 've ate there before and it was really good. That 's why we wanted to go back. We don 't live in Clinton so we don 't go very often. Very disappointed.
One of the best small town restaurants we've ever been to. It might not look like much from the exterior, but it's uniquely decorated inside, and very clean. The food was OUTSTANDING. My husband and I both ordered the Saturday prime rib special. 16 Oz, and it was one of the best we've ever had. Incredible seasoning, and perfectly cut, with minimal fat. The fried mushrooms we had as an appetitizer were excellent, with a delicious dipping sauce we couldn't quite identify. Chipotle, maybe? Coleslaw was fabulous, as well as the sautéed mushrooms and onion sides. Service was fast, and very friendly. You can't beat a 16 oz prime rib with 2 sides for $23.99 We will absolutely be back. Ted's Garage is a hidden treasure.
