Why have a pizza shop if you are not even open to cover dinner hours? and put on your hours order must be placed by 3pm for dinner then! This is not the first time we have gone there to get pizza and had to walk away empty handed. Frustrating considering the options are so limited in Cloyne!
Planned on getting pizza after setting up our campsite. Which our toddler was looking forward too.Showed up at 5:30, hours on the door said they were open until 6, Google said 7 (which I've known not to trust).Walked in and was turned away saying they were closed. The owner appeared to be dealing with an issue on the phone that caused irritation that carried into her dismissal of us.With no cell service in the park it's not possible to call ahead to place an order or find out that they were closing early in the middle of the week.Business could have been had as two other groups were turned away behind us.We will see if we return during our trip, not many options for pizza nearby, but the customer service has definitely left a negative taste with us.
Well it's definitely not a Greco Pizza anymore, which at first was disappointing. Having had Greco all over the east coast, finding one in Ontario was exciting. It is now Finnegan's General Store Stephanie's Good Pizza Shoppe! A great little shop with local art, photographs, hot sauce, and more. The pizza was great. Honestly better than Greco Pizza I've had in the past and they still have similar options, such as donair pizza (which you almost never find in Ontario). The pizza was delicious, generous amount of cheese, perfectly cooked crust, and quite filling. They also deliver, including delivery to Bon Echo provincial park! There is a cute spot in the back of the store that sells Bon Echo and camping related local merchandise. 100% will go back.
The pizza was awesome. Best pizza I've had in a while especially around this area. If you're going by stop in you won't be disappointed.
Ordered 3 pizzas for dinner. Vegetarian, donair and a pepperoni. The pizzas were good the donnair one was the crowd favorite. Recommend to order ahead of time. Prices are a bit steep but pizzas were filling.
