It's not a fancy place, but it's comfortable and clean. We love that we can hear each other in conversation. We eat here or get our food to go often about once a week. Many of their specials are quite good; My fish taco was delicious. The shrimp in the shrimp taco may have been from the Gulf of Mx but didn't taste like it, and I don't like other shrimp; however, they said next time I can have another fish taco instead of shrimp. However, not everyone is as sensitive to the flavor of their shrimp as I am. I really didn't care for the spinach enchilada recipe. The traditional and strawberry margaritas were excellent. Our server was very nice, just new and learning the ropes.
The service was terrible. The waitresses were rude and did not care to provide any type of quality service. The food wasn't great either. The beef faitajs were okay but not worth the price that they were selling them here. DO NOT EAT THEIR STEAK, I would've posted a picture but I didn't think to take one. It looked and tasted like dog food. I am not trying to be rude but it was a very depressing dish.
Nice surprise, best Chile relleno I have had in the Lake Jackson area. Deconstructed with nice heat and diced fajita beef not ground beef. Ready to try more of the menu!
