My main grievance ins that there was so much grease puddled in the dip and bread box that it had also saturated the Pizza box. First time ordering the dip and was very underwhelmed for what I believe was $8 dollars. They barely put enough marinara in the pan to cover the bottom. It tasted fine but was nowhere near $8 worth. Prices are getting out of control, especially for this mediocre level of food preparation.
Having to wait three hours for a pizza delivery is just crazy. If you can't deliver in a more timely manner you shouldn't offer the service or at least warn that it will take three hours. The delivery instructions said to not ring the doorbell. It drivers my dogs nuts. Yet the driver ringed the doorbell. The pizza was supposed to have added mushrooms and green olives. I only saw a couple of small pieces of mushrooms and no green olives.
80% of the time I’m using curbside service. The pizza is always hot, even when I arrive late for pickup. The sandwiches, pasta, and brownie dessert are made well too. But the wings can be hit or miss. They definitely aren’t pre-seasoned. The other day I bought Parmesan garlic and they squeezed a mayonnaise based sauce over it after it came out the oven. So the sauce just sat on top of the wings at room temperature instead of heated with the wings. It was so nasty. Sometimes the other flavored wings can be salty. The delivery charges are high once you factor in tip, so rarely used. But arrived at my home in a reasonable time.I had to fuss at the crew lead last month when I got take out. Too many flies at prep station with uncovered dough sitting out when there were covers available. I made them cover up but she gave me lip back and basically told me to cancel if I had issue.Overall their pizza taste better then other Dominoes in area. My new favorites are the Brooklyn Style Extravaganza and Hawaiian gluten free.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crust taste good.
Totally disappointed for the third time. Ordered online, representative was very difficult to understand but confirmed order finally. The hand tossed medium pizza with extra pepperoni and extra cheese was literally a almost burned cracker! $15.49 is too much to pay to waste. Absolutely no taste and so thin it would have been impossible to even heat without burning. When questioning the cashier, response was coupons. A frozen grocery store pizza is better tasting, larger and cheaper but I guess I paid for convenience instead of quality. No intention of ever trying them again.
Drivers are almost never there, orders always take over an hour to arrive, and they frequently mess up the orders.
