The food, service, venue, and overall experience are excellent. As a family business, the owner and server are friendly and polite. The quality of the fish is outstanding: sweet, tender, fresh, and mouth melting. Souces are this Chef's specialty, in one of the Sashimi dishes we ordered, there were one dipping sauce and 4 other topping sources made from Japanese technique and ingredients such as Uni and Dakon. Korean modern interior design carried a such neat feeling when I dinning there.

So delicious. Fresh, clean, exquisite. The best place about Calgary and Cochrane. Even the choices of Teriyaki chicken and avocado roll were different than anything we had elsewhere. Please support this wonderful spouse business. Service: Dine in Meal Type: Dinner
World-class sushi! That's the best sushi I ever had in Canada. You must book in advance (Monate for Omakase). The quality of food and service is incomparable. My father, who is resident abroad, is here for dinner as sushi his favorite. He traveled well, and he said this was there with top sushi restaurants he was to. They are very good with allergies, the service is tailored and very attentive. The food is perfectly prepared and the passion that goes into it is very obvious. Regarding what to order... You can honestly go to nothing in the menu. Among my favorites are the Seeigel, albacore toro sashimi, blue fin toro Maki, aburi salmon toro ngiri and the saikyo miso grilled hamachi. The tempura is also really good. Every penny worth and definitely worth the trek to Cochrane! Thank you Azito for the wonderful dinner experiences. We can't wait to be back!
Amazing! I agree, this place is almost impossible to make a reservation. In fact, I made a reservation for mid Nov 4 months ago. We didn’t opt for the Omakase, but we did a combination of a la cart items and omakase nigiri/sashimi combo. Every piece of fish was super fresh, highlights being the chutoro, botan ebi, and Hokkaido scallops. You could tell that everything was prepared with care. For example, we ordered hand cones and the moment the chef was finished making it, it was delivered to our table within seconds so the seaweed wasn’t soggy. The service is 10/10 as the wife continuously checked if my tea was empty and always brought plates out with a smile. The tempura batter was light, yet extremely crispy. One thing I would do differently is to not order both the nigiri and sashimi omakase special as both sets had the exact same fish. Overall, some of the best sushi I’ve had in Calgary. I would definitely come back here for a nice sushi meal.
